A great opportunity, enjoy the amenities of a home as opposed to the 'cube on cube' apartment arrangement and life. You will have one larger private room for yourself, singe occupancy, 12' x 18'; vintage wallpaper/wainscot decor, separate entrance, bay window, ceiling fan/light and closet.
Shared interests and access includes: kitchen, tiled bath etc. Off road parking/driveway, open deck (bbq/grill/furniture) and grounds (about an acre). Some extra storage- cabinet, closet and other space available if needed;
Use of all new modern appliances, major and minor- refrigerator, stove ( new glass top), microwave, etc; Laundry- in house washer and dryer.( Modern "He"). Upstairs interior has a Victorian / Romanesque flair/ theme/ decor.
Rent, plus shared adjustable expenses ( according to your usage) would be the: electric, water, fuel, TWC - cable, internet, phone, etc. Garbage pickup here is free. I take care of the grounds and all maintenance.
I am located in the Town of Mt. Hope, Vilage of Otisville, in the vicinity of the park, so that means...
TRI-STATE LOCATION/CONVENIENCE - Very close to Middletown, NY, Sussex, NJ , and Matamoras, Milford, PA . Metro-North Railroad

Compatibility is the only deciding factor here, nothing else, as this is a shared house and living space, not a separate apartment but room, and have final decision of suitable roomate.
