CURRENTLY IN FOSTER IN SC!!!!!!!!! Hi! My name is Lucky. I got that name because I was rescued off the street by my foster Mom and about a month after she got me a stray dog in the neighborhood attacked me and I almost died and I am lucky to be alive. I am a special needs child. About 2 years old, I have had a hard life. My Mom thinks I was abused and I wish I could tell her all about it. I need someone who will take it slow with me. She never says bad dog or yells at me but instead, uses positive reinforcement with treats. She says, BE a Good Boy Lucky when I start to misbehave and I really like that. Usually I bark at the small dogs until I get a chance to sniff and my Mom tells me it is ok. Then I calm down. I want to please my Mom so much. I absolutely live for a pat on the head and an occasional scratching of my back. I need to be in a quiet home with no cats. For a long time I wouldnt let anyone touch my neck. They think that someone must have grabbed me and beat me. I still dont let anyone touch my feet. One of my favorite things to do is to get a bath. Mom gives me a wonderful full body massage when I get my bath and it is Heaven! Now I let Mom and her friend, Laura, rub my neck and pet me. I am crate trained and house trained. I just need patience and love and I will reward you with more devotion that you can imagine. Mom said she thinks I look like Yoda from the Star Wars movies. I am neutered and up to date on all shots and I weigh about 32 pounds. Will you give me a chance and let me show you how much love and devotion I have to give?
