Cooper is a sweet boy who was returned after being in a home for about a year, he is only about a year old. Due to unforeseen circumstances, his family no longer had time for him. Cooper was found on the side of the road with his two siblings. What a terrible way for a little pup to begin his life. He is sweet, and very loving and ready to put his past behind him.
