Candi is one of our timid Sassy Seniors. She came here with a few of her kitty friends when her elderly owner could no longer care for them. She is taking more time than the others to settle in and interact. She can usually be found keeping to herself, tucked away in a corner. It is sad to see how anxious she becomes when she is approached. Perhaps, she is missing the love and comforting ways of her prior owner. We hope that with some soft spoken words, gentle touches and time, she takes on the disposition that her name implies ? Sweet as Candy.
