CURRENTLY IN FOSTER IN SC!!!! Hi! My name is Roscoe. I am a neutered, male terrier mix about 3 years old. My Foster Mom calls me her talker cause when she scratches my back I make noises to try to tell her a little to the left now a little to the right. I am a great watch dog as I sound an alarm when someone is here. My foster Mom tells me It is ok no bark! I listen most of the time. I am a bit shy at first but when I warm up to someone I love them forever. I like a household that is fun but not too busy or too noisy. I have become a bit over weight at 22 pounds and would do well with regular walks and exercise. I was a stray when Mom rescued me and underweight and not neutered. Now I am up to date on everything, house trained and neutered. I am not overly fond of cats but would tolerate them. Kids are ok too but better to have them 8 or older so they know when I want them to stop petting me. I really am hoping to find someone where I can be their companion and sit in their lap. I sleep under the covers with my Foster Mom now with two other smaller dogs. We all get along fine.
