Isabelle was street dog in Arecibo Puerto Rico when she was picked for TNR a few months ago. She was spayed and vaccinated and released back to the same area where some very kind people were feeding and looking out for her. Pets Alive in Puerto Rico got the word that the area was no longer a safe place for Isabelle so they took her into their rescue program.
