The compact(three rack unit) instruments featureindividual channel level controls, with signaland clip LED indication, 1/4" jack inputs(unbalanced), XLR inputs (balanced),ground lift switch, and a Dual / Bridgeswitch. The 900A delivers 350 Watts per channelinto 8 Ohms, 590 Watts per channel into 4Ohms and 775 Watts into 2 Ohms 20Hz- 20KHZ at < 1% distortion. The 1100A delivers 525 Watts per channelinto 8 Ohms, 850 Watts per channel into 4Ohms and 1100 Watts per channel into 2Ohms at < 1% distortion. Both units employ only 20dB of negativefeedback to reduce forward transfer distortion components to minimum levels.VI energy limiters are incorporated for short- circuit protection and a thermal sensorprevents an over-temperature condition.Other features include " Soft Clip" speakerprotection circuitry, selectable inputsensitivity, and a fully modular constructionfor service accessibility. The 1100Aincorporates an internal, dual speed fan forcooling. The 900A features convectioncooling. Both AB Int'l Models features the "LogicOperated Gated Output" supply system.Dual tri-level supplies that gate theoperating voltages around the outputwaveform power high current, fullycomplimentary output stages. This is used tocontrol and eliminate unused and inefficient headroom. Both units operate from 100-240V 50-60HzAC mains and measures 5-%" high (threerack unit), 19" wide and 11-7/8" deep.
